Isometric is a vertically integrated micro injection molding and micro automated assembly manufacturer serving high precision market segments in medical device and drug delivery. Our specialized competencies in micro tooling, micro molding, and micro automated assembly, provide our customers with complete in-house capabilities. From initial concept to high volume production, projects are managed by an experienced team that has produced parts and assemblies for MedTech markets including cardiovascular, diabetes care, drug delivery, neurovascular, robotic surgery, ophthalmic, and orthopedics.

We have specialized equipment to build sub-micron capable molds, presses with specific controls for micro molding, micro automated assembly to keep positional accuracy down to +/- 1.5 microns, and micron resolution CT scanning to validate components and assemblies all run by a highly experienced staff of experts. Selecting the right material for the application is critical. Isometric Micro Molding offers extensive experience with processing many types of materials with a variety of fillers and load percentages. Our in-depth knowledge of materials includes thermoplastic resins including PEEK, bioresorbable, fluoropolymers, liquid silicone rubber (LSR) and long-term implantable. Our expertise also includes applications that require multiple materials such as intricate over-molded components, and 2-shot processes.

On March 1, 2024, Isometric was acquired by Nissha Medical Technologies (NMT), a global Contract Design/Development Manufacturing Organization. NMT’s expertise in the design and development of endoscopic devices, combined with Isometric’s micro-molding capabilities, have the potential to redefine the realm of surgical instruments, surgical robotics, and other medical and drug delivery device platforms. Together, we aim to address the changing demands of medical devices by enhancing component miniaturization and improving the maneuverability of small and precision components, advancing medical efficiency.
