Accumold is a pioneer in the field of micro-molding. Since
introducing our groundbreaking and proprietary Micro-Molder® in 1985, we have
been dedicated to producing small parts with unparalleled efficiency and
precision. We focus on industries that demand fast turnaround and small,
complex parts such as Medical, Micro Electronics, Automotive, Fiber/Optic, and
Military, as well as emerging technologies and markets.
Our specialty lies in crafting parts under 0.5 cubic inches
in volume. We also excel in producing larger molded parts, infused with micro-features,
such as thin walls, micro-fluid channels, tiny holes, filters, or screens.
These parts can be found in items like cell phones, optic devices, surgical
tools, hearing aids, medical devices, connectors, and more. Additionally, our
proficiency extends to the meticulous packaging and shipping of these delicate
parts, including lead frames and tape and reel services.
For larger, straightforward injection molded parts, your
