Moldflow Analysis -

We can not predict, shrink, warp or other material reactions, but the moldflow analysis will provide detailed information about how your chosen materials could react and allows us to address problems even before the manufacturing process begins.
Design for Manufacturability -
The DFM can help us to determine if your part design is a good fit for the injection molding process, pointing out potential design concerns and helping you design better parts. By addressing design issues early, the DFM helps to reduce the potential for costly re-tooling or delays in the manufacturing process caused by a problem within a part design.
