Moldflow Analysis -

With thousands of materials at hand to create parts, understanding how it may react is important to consistent quality custom parts. An extensive simulation of the injection mold process allows us to provide you with a general understanding of how the material may fill your parts mold.

We can not predict, shrink, warp or other material reactions, but the moldflow analysis will provide detailed information about how your chosen materials could react and allows us to address problems even before the manufacturing process begins.

Design for Manufacturability -

The DFM can help us to determine if your part design is a good fit for the injection molding process, pointing out potential design concerns and helping you design better parts. By addressing design issues early, the DFM helps to reduce the potential for costly re-tooling or delays in the manufacturing process caused by a problem within a part design.
