FDR was President. The St. Louis Cardinals beat the New York Yankees 4-1 in the World Series. The cost of a first-class stamp was 3¢. And the medical/biomedical field was just beginning to use machined replacement material for hips and knees.

Also in 1942, Precision Piece Parts opened its shop with a mission to provide the industry’s highest-quality precision machined parts. More than 60 years later, those same standards of quality are still in place. And while the shape of the “pieces” has changed, the attention to detail, compliance standards, and pride in providing outstanding customer service have not.
