Pneumatic Grippers
Pneumatic grippers offered by AGI are available in a wide range of sizes, jaw styles, and gripping forces for most any industrial application. Robotic grippers range from miniature series to units that have 1500 lbs. of gripping force. The three major types of pneumatic grippers are parallel gripper, angular gripper design, and custom units such as o-ring assembly machines. These products are used in various industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Appliance, automated industrial o-ring systems, Electronic, Medical and Packaging.
Miniature Rugged Parallel Gripper: This gripper boast S-7 jaws that ride on Armoloy TDC shafts with high grip force to weight ratio. These grippers are ideal for short stroke and high strength assembly applications. Small yet rugged pneumatic double acting parallel gripper delivers rugged performance in a small package . These two grippers boast S-7 tool steel jaws that ride on Armoloy TDC shafts. The AGP-187, 250 are the industry standard, supply a high grip force to weight ratio and made for high production rate reliable service life. AGIs patented guided wedge design offers better jaw centering and repeatability. This is ideal for short stroke and high strength applications. The AGP parallel grippers offer a unique gripping solution for applications that require exact part pick up or placement and high loading capability. The compact size of this pneumatic gripper linear actuator is ideal for use in tight spaces with short strokes.
AGP series mini gripper actuators from AGI provide grip force of 15 to 25 lbs. with two stroke sizes up to a quarter inch, yet the total height of the assembly is only 1.47 inches it is one of the smallest commercially available pneumatic actuator.
Compact Low Profile Parallel Gripper:
Compact parallel gripper with t-slot gib design is ideal for small parts handling. AGLP grippers are offered in four stroke sizes from .25 inch (6.4mm) to 1 inch (25.4 mm)Long stroke and light weight designed for robotic applications where weight is an issue.
Ultra Light Parallel Gripper:
Medium size two jaw parallel grippers supply a high grip force to weight ratio. AGP gripper is made of light weight 7075 T-6 and hard anodized two thousands thick for long life. AGIs patented guided wedge design offers better jaw centering and repeatability with longer strokes. This gripper was made for robotic applications where weight is an issue.
Pneumatic Three Jaw Parallel Gripper:
Range of three jaws parallel grippers including 4 models with patented t slot design. The gripping strokes range from .3 inch (7.6mm) to .88 inch (22.3mm) and forces from 29 lbs (129 N) to 280lbs (1245N).
Toggle Lock Angular Grippers 2 Jaw Style:
180 total degrees of angular jaw travel allowing the grippers jaws to completely retract from the work area eliminating another required axis of travel. Jaw rotations can be adjusted from -2 to 90 degrees per jaw to allow the gripper to be custom fit to each application. AGA units are offered in two jaw or three jaw design, both are fail safe toggle locking -2 degree past parallel.
Toggle Lock Angular Grippers 3 Jaw Style:
90 degrees angular jaw travel per jaw allowing the grippers jaws to completely retract from the work area eliminating another required axis of travel. Jaw rotations can be adjusted from -2 to 90 degrees per jaw to allow the gripper to be custom fit to each application. AGA units are offer a unique three jaw design, both are fail safe toggle locking -2 degree past parallel.
