In business since 1954, NewAge® Industries manufactures plastic and rubber tubing in both reinforced and unreinforced styles. The company maintains a large inventory of tubing and fittings for its core product lines, provides custom extrusion and fabrication capabilities, and services customers worldwide. NewAge is a 100% employee owned business with its corporate offices and state-of-the-art manufacturing center in Southampton, Pennsylvania.
From the start, the company's philosophy has been to give customers what they want the first time and every time. High quality, selection, quick delivery, old-fashioned personal service, and a fair price . . . these are the principles that founder Raymond Baker built his company upon, and these principles are what NewAge believes customers look for in a supplier today.
To that end NewAge employs highly trained sales team members who are prepared to solve the most challenging tubing and hose applications and are well versed in industry associations, such as FDA, USP, and NSF and their standards. The company's quality team ensures that both incoming and outgoing products and materials meet or exceed expectations. Manufacturing and warehouse team members work staggered shifts to ensure continuous production and timely shipments.
NewAge believes strongly in being an environmentally responsible manufacturer. In recent years the company has taken significant steps to improve its efficiencies with the energy it uses and to deal properly with the waste it produces. Its most ambitious project - installing over 4,000 solar panels on the building's rooftop - was completed in early 2011, and the company now produces a substantial portion its energy needs through solar power. Other improvements include a new trash compaction and recycling program, new energy efficient lighting and windows, additional roof insulation, and properly recycled e-waste.
NewAge Industries' high purity division, AdvantaPure®, is designed to meet and anticipate the evolving needs of the biopharmaceutical industry. AdvantaPure is ISO 9001:2015 certified and manufactures and packages many of its products in ISO Class 7 clean rooms. USP Class VI, FDA, ISO and European Pharmacopoeia are some of the standards met by AdvantaPure's products. Automated product identification systems, including gamma stable RFID tags and labels, are offered by NewAge's Verigenics® division.
The company's newest product group, BrewSavor®, focuses on the fluid transfer needs of craft brewers, home brewers and dispensing applications. Products are NSF listed and suitable for both the hot and cold sides of the brewing process. BrewSavor offers crush resistant brewery hose, kink resistant brewery hose, barrier tubing, antimicrobial tubing, reinforced hose for pressure applications, and reusable pure silicone tubing.

How Custom Printed Tubing Fixed Leaks
This paper describes how NewAge Industries' engineering team worked with a customer to solve a problem. The two groups collaborated and developed a solution to address a tubing-to-fitting leak. As soon as the solution - custom printed tubing - was implemented, the leaks stopped. Download and read the paper for all the details.
A Comparison of Fittings
“A Comparison of Fittings” focuses on barbed fittings, push-to-connect fittings, compression fittings and cam operated couplings. It details how each works with tubing to ensure a good seal for proper fluid or air transfer. For instance, the report’s Barbed Fittings section notes that in order to obtain a proper seal, the O.D. (outer diameter) of the barbed area on the fitting must be slightly larger than the I.D. (inner diameter) of the tubing. The Push-To-Connect Fittings section offers tips such as making sure that the tubing used does not have exterior scratches, as this could compromise the seal.
Tubing & Hose Buying Tips, Part 1
Determining what plastic tubing is best for an application can be challenging. This paper includes topics such as ingredients, temperatures and pressure needs to assist engineers with material and style selection. It aims to help avoid the downtime, added costs and frustration involved when the wrong product is ordered.
