Tamagawa Seiki, an advanced inertial sensing technology leader for aerospace, military and automotive applications is launching a new, low cost, tactical grade, interferometric Fiber Optic Gyroscope (iFOG), suitable for Autonomous Driving and Mobility Applications, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).

The TA7774 iFOG Features:

• Single Axis Closed Loop Fiber Optic Gyro.
• Tactical Grade Accuracy: 0.1deg/h bias and <100ppm scale factor accuracy.
• Cost Effective: Utilizing low-cost, telecom single mode fiber and effective   optical fiber winding techniques to reduce overall cost.  Equivalent performing FOGs are priced 50% higher.
• SPI Digital Interface.
• Stabilized Platform
• Small Footprint at 85mm square.
