Protolabs mfg move to Plymouth, MN (CNC mill move)
In May 2014, Protolabs opened its new high-tech production facility in Plymouth, Minnesota. The building (Plant 5) will initially house nearly 200 employees, split evenly between office and manufacturing workers. At capacity, Plant 5 will support around 350 CNC machines and about 25 injection-molding presses.
