Hughes Circuits Incorporated (HCI) is San Diego County’s largest fully integrated Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) providing Printed Circuit Board Design, Fabrication, and Assembly all in one facility under one management. HCI currently employs more than 185 employees at its San Marcos facility of more than 42,000 sq feet.
