High output 42mm slotless brushless gearmotors

Koford Engineering LLC has introduced a line of 24v and 48v 2 pole 42mm diameter slotless brushless gearmotors. These gearmotors provide over 800 watts of output in a small lightweight package just 1.63” in diameter and weighing 21 ounces. The planetary gearbox features a 10.875 ratio and features all surface hardened gears, needle bearings in the planetary gears, ball bearings on the stainless output shaft. The motors are offered in hall sensor and sensorless versions, the option of a temperature sensor, and a variety of windings. The slotless design offers exceptional efficiency and power density with zero cog and linear torque behavior are ideal for servo applications.
