Gupta Permold prides itself on being a world-class contract manufacturer and a master at many different manufacturing disciplines. But it wasn't always as such.

Our company was founded in 1980 as a small-scale Permold aluminum foundry. Competition was tough during the 1980-82 recession, but we somehow managed to survive. At the onset of the economic expansion, our high-quality aluminum parts started to become popular letting us further prosper to the point in 1984 when we started our braking resistor department.
