It used to be that a client went to an ad agency for...well, ads. Period. You would meet with an Account Exec (or “suit”), who would relay your request to the various departments—media, creative, production, promotion, etc. The “creatives” would generate a few ideas and “run ‘em up the flagpole to see if anyone salutes.”

At Burgess today, we bring together a multidisciplinary team to solve problems and generate results for our clients. While suits are optional, creative thinking is mandatory.
