AGR Rotary Actuator features extremely ultra thin profile and bearing supported flange provide an extremely compact package for tight space applications. Pneumatic low profile compact rotary actuators are ideal for payloads from 1 lbs (.44Kg) to 30 lbs (13.6Kg). The standard rotations available are 45, 90, or 180 degrees. Patented built in adjustable hard stops on output flange prevent pinion breakage and have zero backlash due to the drive pistons never bottoming out; this also achieves true force throughout the rotation and end of stroke. This allows for higher cycle speeds and heavier payloads than comparable units on the market. Because of their constant torque output and resistance to drift, they are often used for precision control. Dual bearing supported turn table provides an extremely compact package for tight space applications, payload can be connected directly to the flange without the need for extra bearing. Slip fit locating dowel pins make these units a precise and repeatable pneumatic rotary actuator.
Torque output ranges from 7in-lbs to 310 in-lbs. @ 100 psi. The Series AGR Rotary Actuator is available in five bore sizes (.5, .75, 1.0, 1.25 and 1.625 inch) with two standard rotations (90 and 180 deg.). All units feature standard angle adjustment of +/-5 degree in each direction with the adjustable hard stops. Standard port flow controls provide accurate control of rotation speed. Optional switch kits allow the use of inductive proximity switches for easy interfacing to electrical controls. Available options are: Mid stop and Manifold.
