R&B changes name to Innovative Engineered Solutions - iES™

R&B Machining, Inc. formally announced its name change to Innovative Engineered Solutions, Inc. and will be rebranded as iES™ in the marketplace.  R&B has been in business for over 30 years in Tipp City, Ohio and started a second facility in Wilmington, Ohio in 2010.  The Wilmington facility was spun off as a separate business in 2013 under the direction of a new management team coupled with a change in ownership in 2016.  The name change only impacts the Wilmington business and it will help to differentiate the two, separately owned businesses and better reflect its mission and vision.

President Joe Eramo states, “Due to the collective efforts of our strong team of employees and the faith entrusted in us by our customers, our business has matured into a different business than it was in 2010.  Our rapid growth has been the result of listening to our customers and developing engineered solutions to meet our customers’ changing requirements.  They’ve pushed us to challenge the status quo of the tube bending and forming markets and to develop new cost-effective solutions.  The new business name, iES™, better positions our company for the future in clean air technology and other related metal forming markets which seek innovative technologies for the future.”
