Greater Burlington Partnership Retains Site Location Partnership to Spur Economic Development and Job Creation in Southeast Iowa

Site Location Partnership (SLP), a Dallas-based site selection consulting firm, announced that it has been awarded a contract to provide business recruitment marketing services to the Greater Burlington Partnership (GBP) and work is already underway. Under the terms of the agreement, SLP’s Economic Development Practice will assist GBP in promoting Greater Burlington and attracting job-creating expansion or relocation projects.

“We are excited for this opportunity to work with Site Location Partnership because of their strong track record of expanding the deal flow in other communities around the country,” said David Toyer, Director of Economic Development for the Greater Burlington Partnership. “And by working with them, we’ll be able to have a presence at twice as many key industry trade show events this year.”

Particular emphasis will be placed on expanding GBP’s outreach to corporate site selectors and location decision makers in manufacturing and technology-based industries, according to SLP CEO Justin Thompson. “The Greater Burlington region is booming with new development and has become an ideal home for companies looking to reduce operating costs and enhance logistical efficiency. We look forward to working with GBP to further promote the many benefits of doing business in Greater Burlington.”
