TECAPEEK® PVX bearing grade rod, compounded exclusively using Victrex® PEEK Polymer, offers the durability and wear characteristics needed in high temperature polymers that are machined into components for the automotive, aerospace, and other industrial equipment industries. This product provides extended service life and improved reliability with excellent temperature performance – HDT over 500°F. TECAPEEK® PVX features lower abrasion to mating surfaces and lower run temperatures with a potential to reduce weight and increase energy efficiency.
The increased durability and wear of TECAPEEK® PVX rod makes it an excellent choice for bushings, bearing cages, seals and gaskets, bearing retainers, and gears. Stock is available in a wide range of rod sizes, including .5”, .75”, 1”, 1.5”, 2”, 2.5”, and 3” diameter.
